About This Role
- Manage and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure ensuring high system availability and proactive issue resolution.
- Support onboarding of new tenants to Azure, troubleshoot infra and application issues, and handle customer tickets via ServiceNow meeting SLAs.
- Perform automation tasks including running PowerShell scripts and CI/CD pipelines, and execute scheduled maintenance activities including weekend shifts.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as Site Reliability Engineer or in systems monitoring and IT infrastructure support.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and knowledge of SQL/Database concepts required.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Mandatory weekend shift (rotational).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Familiarity with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and ability to troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues.
- Demonstrated capability to manage customer-facing issues using ticketing systems under SLA constraints.
- Prefer candidates with AZ-900 certification or AWS exposure for enhanced cloud skills.
