About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade Generative AI and RAG architectures with a focus on reliability, scalability, and code quality.
- Build AI agents and workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and related frameworks integrating them into production via secure APIs.
- Implement AI evaluation frameworks and automated testing to assess accuracy, faithfulness, and task completion, while collaborating on architecture and mentoring juniors.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–7 years of AI/ML development and software engineering experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
- Proficient in Python with experience in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and familiarity with LangChain or LangGraph frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and optimizing enterprise-level AI applications on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Demonstrates strong capabilities in ML fundamentals, model evaluation, and feature engineering alongside advanced Generative AI techniques.
- Technical leader comfortable contributing to architecture decisions and mentoring technical teams in complex AI workflows.
