About This Role
- Develop and own AI-enabled executive and self-service Finance dashboards including full lifecycle from requirements to deployment and maintenance.
- Design and maintain scalable semantic data models and perform complex data transformations using SQL and BI tools like Power BI and Tableau.
- Lead adoption and integration of AI-driven analytics and automation tools within Finance reporting workflows to enhance efficiency and insight generation.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years professional experience with an advanced degree (Master's, MBA, JD, or MD).
- 5+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or financial reporting with increasing responsibility.
- Proven expertise in Power BI dashboard development, DAX, semantic modeling, and SQL; strong finance domain knowledge including P&L, balance sheet, and FP&A.
- Experience with AI tool adoption (Microsoft Copilot, Claude, AI agents) and workflow automation using Power Automate or similar.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior finance analytics professional skilled in full-stack dashboard development and semantic data modeling within enterprise-scale environments.
- Experienced in collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and Data Governance teams to design and implement certified metrics and enterprise data platforms.
- Proven ability to operationalize AI-powered analytics and automation in Finance reporting, increasing speed and accuracy of insights and decision support.
