About This Role
- Lead automation and data analytics initiatives to optimize finance-related processes, particularly Order to Cash (O2C).
- Serve as the primary design authority linking finance operations and IT development, leading cross-functional change management.
- Manage pricing analysis, credit risk strategies, compliance adherence, and maintain Power BI dashboards related to financial metrics like DSO and margins.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified CMA or CA with MBA in Finance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C) function within a large manufacturing company.
- Proficiency with SAP including CO module and SAP BI, as well as advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in O2C finance function.

- Strong analytical capability with detailed understanding of finance operations and process improvement.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and act as liaison between finance and IT development.
- Experience in handling compliance, risk mitigation, pricing strategies, and stakeholder management in a manufacturing environment.
