About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain database systems and ETL processes to enable efficient data integration and transformation.
- Manage database performance, security, backup, recovery, and troubleshoot to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Collaborate with technical teams to optimize data pipelines and support reliable data processing.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience.
- Degree: BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent from government-funded/Top 100 NIRF 2025 ranked Indian institution or equivalent foreign university.
- Mandatory professional-level Database Administration certification (e.g., Oracle OCP, Microsoft Certified Azure DBA, IBM Certified DBA, PostgreSQL Administrator).
- Location: Must be able to work in Bhubaneswar.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced senior database/ETL professional with strong expertise in database administration, ETL development, and data integration.
- Proficient in Oracle, Microsoft Azure SQL Database, IBM Db2, or PostgreSQL database platforms and related performance tuning.
- Experienced working in complex, large-scale data environments requiring coordination with multiple technical teams to optimize data pipeline reliability and security.
