About This Role
- Lead multiple technofunctional QE teams (6-8 members) to implement automation QA strategies in Asset and Wealth Management domain.
- Develop and maintain reusable automated testing and performance testing frameworks integrating CI/CD pipelines and AWS environments.
- Drive adoption and governance of enterprise AI-assisted engineering tools to improve delivery speed, quality, and security across teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch).
- Proficiency with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, BlazeMeter), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI), and programming languages (Python, Java, Groovy, NodeJS, SQL).
- Strong understanding of Asset and Wealth Management functioning and trading.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multiple automation QA teams within financial services or trading environments.
- Skilled in implementing holistic QA strategies including performance testing, monitoring (AppDynamics, ELK Stack, Splunk, Grafana), and cloud-based test validation.
- Proven ability to lead responsible adoption of AI-assisted development tools with governance knowledge on data security and validation in large enterprise environments.
