About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for a mature, business-critical Windows desktop application.
- Increase regression test automation coverage and ensure maintainability of automation assets.
- Collaborate with software engineers and product teams to improve testability, investigate defects, and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-6 years of professional experience in software quality assurance or test automation.
- Experience testing and automating Windows desktop applications.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Experienced in test automation for commercial desktop software with complex workflows and large user bases.
- Skilled in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks and using Windows UI automation technologies.
- Capable of working effectively with globally distributed teams and influencing quality assurance processes across product development lifecycles.
