About This Role
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines across Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers in an AWS-based data platform following Medallion Architecture principles.
- Develop and maintain data ingestion, transformation, and storage solutions using AWS-native technologies such as AWS Glue Jobs and S3-based data lakes.
- Implement data quality, monitoring, governance controls, and optimize performance, reliability, and cost efficiency of data solutions while collaborating with data analysts and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services including Amazon S3 and AWS Glue Jobs.
- Knowledge of Medallion Architecture and modern data lake practices.
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with ingestion of diverse structured and unstructured data sources and managing data platforms on AWS.
- Capable of independently managing AWS IAM roles, security policies, and access management within data solutions.
- Familiar with data governance, metadata management, and working in Agile delivery environments.
