- Maintain and enhance a critical C++ Windows desktop application used worldwide.
- Develop new features, fix bugs, and improve code quality and test coverage under senior engineer guidance.
- Contribute to modernization, development tools, build system improvements, and participate in cross-functional collaboration.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in professional software development; internships and co-ops considered.
- Strong knowledge of C++ and object-oriented programming.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio, Windows application development, and source control (Git).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 4-7 years experience developing desktop applications with C++ in commercial or large projects.
- Experienced in Agile software development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Comfortable working in global, cross-functional teams with distributed members across time zones.
