About This Role
- Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end features improving digital banking customer experience using Java and React.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions within an Agile environment.
- Maintain and optimize software performance, create technical documentation, and uphold engineering best practices including CI/CD and microservices architecture.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent software engineering experience.
- 9+ years of experience designing and developing software applications using Java and related technologies.
- Experience with ReactJS, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud), container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and Agile development methodologies.
- Proficiency with Java EE servers, API Gateway (Apigee), CI/CD tools (Jenkins or GitLab CI), and secure software design.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior-level engineer comfortable in fast-paced Agile and SAFe frameworks with strong expertise in backend multithreaded and transactional systems.
- Experienced in full lifecycle delivery including design, development, deployment, and optimization of digital banking platforms.
- Technically proficient in microservices architecture, cloud-native environments, DevOps practices, and familiar with emerging AI-assisted development tools.
