About This Role
- Own end-to-end financial operations for product software purchasing, licensing renewals, cloud FinOps including budget tracking and spend controls.
- Manage cross-charges, budget reconciliation, reporting, and operational controls for software, tooling, and cloud spend across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Apply AI skills to automate financial reporting, reconciliation, and cost optimization workflows, while collaborating globally with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Procurement teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years in procurement operations, software asset management, FinOps, or financial ops, with 3+ years in enterprise software, cloud, or tech companies.
- Hands-on procure-to-pay experience in ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion covering requisitions, PO, receipts, and invoice matching.
- Knowledge of public cloud billing and cost management (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) including invoice validation and savings plans.
- Ability to work schedule overlapping US business hours; advanced Excel and reporting skills (Power BI or similar).

- Experienced in supporting US-based stakeholders from India or other global locations with cross-functional coordination.
- Practiced in maintaining audit-ready financial controls and detailed spend records to ensure compliance and transparency.
- Comfortable interfacing with multiple stakeholders (Finance, Procurement, Product, Cloud Ops) to drive financial operations and cost optimization initiatives effectively.
