About This Role
- Lead and manage multiple cross-functional software and cloud programs within Private 5G/Wireless, including coordination across SW, Test, PLM, Technical Publications, and Customer Services.
- Drive all end-to-end deliverables from concept through New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle, managing program status, milestones, budget, risks, and schedules.
- Present program status and handle escalations with senior leadership to maintain deliverables within scope, schedule, and budget; also lead hardware programs and critical initiatives as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 8-10 years of experience in IT product-based companies, preferably in Telecom/Networking domain.
- At least 5 years of program management experience, including 3+ years leading software programs.
- Onsite work requirement at an HPE office; minimal travel; relocation not available; not a remote position.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading multi-disciplinary teams across software, cloud, hardware, and related functions within complex technology product programs, especially in telecom or networking contexts.
- Skilled at managing multiple concurrent projects through full lifecycle (concept to delivery), with capabilities in risk management, budget control, and executive communication.
- Proficient with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project/Smartsheet, and adept at coordinating cross-functional dependencies and escalations in fast-paced environments.
