About This Role
- Lead and manage a high-performing engineering team to develop seamless client onboarding and transaction workflows for trade finance products like invoice financing, factoring, and supply chain finance.
- Own end-to-end software delivery including frontend, backend, automated testing, and platform stability for both existing and new product applications.
- Design and scale AI-native engineering workflows ensuring code quality, compliance, and integration standards are met throughout the SDLC.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5+ years experience leading engineering teams, preferably in Fintech, transactional banking, or Trade Finance platforms.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar quantitative/engineering discipline.
- Proficiency with full-stack development using Java or NodeJS/JavaScript/TypeScript technologies.
- Hands-on domain knowledge and engineering experience in Invoice Financing, Factoring, and Supply Chain Finance workflows.

- Experienced in translating complex trade finance business requirements into scalable, secure, and user-friendly technical solutions and APIs.
- Demonstrates strong leadership in managing end-to-end agile software development lifecycle balancing enhancement and stability.
