About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI-powered voice bots and conversational AI applications focused on enterprise use cases such as sales, collections, and customer experience.
- Build and optimize end-to-end voice processing pipelines incorporating Speech-to-Text (STT), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Text-to-Speech (TTS) technologies to improve response latency, conversational quality, and model reliability.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to transform research and experiments into production-grade AI solutions while ensuring AI safety, privacy, and system robustness.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Data Science, NLP, Conversational AI, Generative AI, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying voice bots or conversational AI systems in production environments.
- Proficient in Python programming with practical knowledge of LLM architectures, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, fine-tuning, and speech technologies integration (STT and TTS).
- Location: Mumbai or Bengaluru, India; Work Type: Full-time.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working with Large Language Models such as GPT, LLaMA, and familiarity with foundation model integration and optimization techniques.
- Proven ability to design voice-first intelligent conversational workflows, including context management, error recovery, and multi-step interactions.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills demonstrated by translating business requirements into scalable, reliable AI-driven conversational solutions.
