About This Role
- Collaborate directly with clients to convert complex business problems into AI-powered technical solutions and production-ready applications.
- Design, build, and maintain AI agent workflows including planning, execution, observability, and recovery mechanisms.
- Integrate and troubleshoot AI systems with enterprise APIs, databases, cloud services; ensure reliable, scalable AI application delivery from prototype to production.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience building and deploying production-grade software with proficiency in Python or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience developing AI-powered applications or agentic systems, including practical knowledge of LLMs, prompts, memory, and model selection.
- Experience designing multi-step AI workflows using orchestration methods such as graphs or state machines.
- Ability to work remotely within CST business hours and translate business requirements into technical solutions through direct client collaboration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operationalizing AI agents and workflows with strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities in enterprise environments.
- Comfortable navigating complex integration challenges involving cloud platforms, APIs, and secure AI model operations with awareness of AI security risks.
- Effective in taking AI projects from discovery through production, balancing technical depth with client-facing communication and ownership.
