About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, with AWS cloud deployment.
- Lead adoption and effective use of AI-assisted software development tools including prompt engineering for LLMs and Python scripting for automation and productivity.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, participate in code reviews, and improve operational stability by automating recurring issues.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Proven expertise in Core Java, REST, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JUnit, Mockito, React, and Python including AI/ML with Generative AI frameworks (Lang chain, Lang graph).
- Experience with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), version control (Git), and messaging frameworks like Kafka.
- Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools and knowledge of responsible AI use in engineering workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full stack developer proficient in Java backend and React frontend, with strong cloud (AWS) and AI/ML technology integration skills.
- Capable of leading AI-assisted tool adoption within agile teams and maintaining high code quality and security standards.
- Familiar with regulated environments such as financial services or similar sectors with knowledge of platform engineering and syndicated deals preferred but not mandatory.
