About This Role
- Own key functional areas within the PTP Platform, a cloud-based Securities Processing solution, including strategic enhancements and client implementation projects.
- Lead analysis of user requirements, solution design, task estimation, and implementation of new features and enhancements.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices within a small agile team, and mentor junior engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of commercial software development experience using C++.
- Experience with SQL and Unix/Linux environments.
- Relevant degree in a numeric discipline or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading development tasks within agile teams focused on strategic platform enhancements.
- Technical expertise in C++ with additional familiarity in finance-related systems or trade lifecycle is a plus.
- Comfortable mentoring junior staff and enforcing coding standards.
