About This Role
- Design and build core backend modules for application and infrastructure layers.
- Develop concurrent, performant, and scalable services powering the Headout ecosystem.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and build open-source libraries and components.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience developing server-side technologies.
- Strong computer science fundamentals with knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
- Experience with Spring framework, relational and NoSQL databases, concurrent programming, and AWS.
- Work Experience Required: 2 to 4 years in backend development.

- Experienced in designing scalable, fault-tolerant backend systems and databases.
- Comfortable working across multiple tech stacks and platforms with flexibility.
- Has exposure to building projects from scratch and handling project ownership in a fast-growth environment.
