About This Role
- Design and deliver intuitive user interfaces including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for complex enterprise and B2B products.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions ensuring user-centric outcomes.
- Build and maintain design systems and style guides ensuring consistency, accessibility (WCAG compliant), and responsiveness across digital products.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience designing intuitive interfaces for B2B, SaaS, or enterprise products.
- Proficiency with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, FigJam, or Miro.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design principles.

- Experienced in designing for complex dashboards and enterprise-level SaaS products.
- Skilled in developing and managing comprehensive design systems that promote UI consistency and scalability.
