About This Role
- Own daily FinOps tasks ensuring on-time and accurate invoicing to internal and external customers within SLA timelines.
- Manage billing files including accruals, invoicing, and exception handling to meet individual and team KPIs.
- Identify process improvements, engage with stakeholders including business partners, and contribute to risk management and business contingency activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree, ideally in Finance or Accounting.
- 1 to 3 years of experience with either Freight Forwarding/SCM or FinOps/Financial functions (having both preferred).
- Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable plus operational understanding of FinOps billing.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); fluent English communication skills.
