About This Role
- Support global Transition Management team in client onboarding, fund launches, and fund lifecycle operations with operational execution and process optimization.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based tools, dashboards, and automation solutions leveraging AI to improve reporting, workflows, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts for legal entity creation, account opening, KYC, fund liquidations, and other transition management activities ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced features (formulas, pivot tables, filters).
- Experience using AI productivity tools or automation technologies for process improvements.
- Work Experience Required: Experience in financial services, fund administration, asset management operations or a related field.
- Familiarity with fund onboarding, fund lifecycle processes, KYC, account opening, and fund structures (hedge funds preferred).
