About This Role
- Lead validation, reconciliation, and documentation activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity across Customer 360 / Reference 360 MDM consumption and reporting workstreams.
- Support data quality checks and defect tracking for MDM data flowing through APIs, batch pipelines, Snowflake, and downstream reporting, including regulatory and financial data.
- Collaborate with senior MDM analysts and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into documented user stories and assist with UAT execution and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience, preferably with exposure to banking or financial services data environments.
- Proficient in SQL (intermediate) and experience with data validation tools like Postman, Swagger, Excel, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Experience or familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM) concepts, APIs (REST/JSON), and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced data analyst with strong attention to detail focused on data validation and reconciliation rather than data pipeline development.
- Comfortable operating within Agile delivery teams and performing structured documentation, defect logging, and UAT tasks under senior leadership guidance.
- Solid understanding of MDM 360 data flows, reporting layers, and regulatory data requirements, able to liaise effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders.
