About This Role
- Manage HR service delivery across R1 Locations focusing on employee relations (ER) via queries, grievance resolution, and case management.
- Design and lead structured employee engagement initiatives such as listening posts, skips, focus groups and analyze data insights from these interactions.
- Support business leaders in performance management discussions and ER case handling including disciplinary actions and high-risk matters ensuring consistent resolution and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience Required: 5-7 years preferred in Employee Relations and/or HR Business Partner roles.
- Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills mandatory.
- Ability to manage multiple HR programs, prioritize and operate in a fast-paced environment essential.
- Work Experience Required: 5-7 years preferred; No explicit mention of educational qualifications or notice period.
