About This Role
- Own the compliance, strategy, and operational delivery of Haleon’s Oro Labs procurement orchestration platform, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regulatory requirements, including SOx compliance.
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle including requirements gathering, deployment, upgrades, integration with SAP ECC (S4HANA), SAP GRC, and SAP Ariba, and adherence to change management and audit readiness.
- Lead stakeholder and vendor management, risk and security controls embedding, and user adoption initiatives to maximize value and maintain product integrity.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years total work experience, with minimum 8+ years specifically on SAP Ariba (configuration, integration, administration).
- Experience working with procurement orchestration tools like Oro, Zip, Tonkean, or SAP Joule.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba modules (Buying, Guided Buying, Sourcing, Contracts), SAP ECC/S4HANA integrations, and designing/operating SOx controls for compliance.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field; Role based in Bangalore.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in SaaS product management, solution design, and delivery in global or multi-country environments, especially in procurement and compliance domains.
- Deep experience with procurement management processes including TPRM and buying, coupled with strong analytical and communication skills to drive cross-functional alignment.
- Experience managing third-party vendors and delivering secure, compliant SAP Ariba integrations, with preference for knowledge in AI technologies and SAP Ariba certifications.
