About This Role
- Own reliability engineering and incident management for globally distributed productivity and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365 services) maintaining agreed Service Level Objectives (SLOs).

- Hands-on expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 workloads including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, and Purview controls.
