About This Role
- Administer and support HCL Domino server infrastructure including clustering, replication, mail routing, performance monitoring, and security across primary and disaster recovery data centers.
- Perform installation, upgrades, patching, migrations, and manage user administration functions such as provisioning, access control, and certificate management.
- Coordinate with vendor support, maintain disaster recovery readiness, support Exchange Online/Microsoft 365 mailboxes, and manage incidents, changes, and problems within agreed SLAs.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in support roles including HCL Domino / IBM Lotus Notes administration.
- Strong hands-on skills in Domino server administration, troubleshooting, replication, clustering, and security models (ACLs, web access).
- Good knowledge of Exchange Online / Microsoft 365 administration.
- HCL Domino administrator certification or Domino upgrade/migration experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in enterprise managed-services or support environments with complex Domino and Microsoft 365 integration.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and managing heterogeneous mail environments involving Domino and Exchange Online, including hybrid setups.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for Exchange Online administration and knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID.
