About This Role
- Accurately process payroll for employees in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain payroll records including deductions, earnings, and taxes, and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure payroll data integrity and assist with payroll reporting and analysis.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in payroll processing or a related field.
- Knowledge of payroll software and systems is a plus but not mandatory.
- Legal right to work in India required.

- Detail-oriented individual with experience managing payroll and compensation deliverables.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with HR and Finance teams to maintain data accuracy.
