About This Role
- Lead technology vision and architecture for Agentic Care Tech teams including frontend, backend, and AI capabilities impacting hundreds of millions of customers globally.
- Design and evolve scalable, secure microservices and multi-agent AI systems using technologies like Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, React, GraphQL, NoSQL, Kafka, and Azure Cloud.
- Mentor senior engineers and shape best practices, ensuring engineering excellence, operational reliability, and seamless cross-domain integration across key retail platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- 16+ years of experience building and scaling complex software systems.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or 8 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, React, GraphQL, NoSQL (Cassandra/MongoDB), Kafka, and Azure Cloud technologies.
- Work Experience Required: 16+ years of relevant experience as per the description.

- Proven track record of defining and executing technical strategy across multiple domains in large, matrixed organizations.
- Experienced in leading and mentoring principal engineers and managing cross-functional teams with a focus on architectural excellence.
- Familiarity with scalable microservices, distributed systems, cloud platforms, and building AI-powered platforms for digital retail at enterprise scale.
