About This Role
- Define and execute enterprise-wide DevSecOps and platform engineering strategy with a focus on cloud modernization, automation, and platform transformation.
- Lead and develop large, cross-functional teams including DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Cloud Engineering to drive operational excellence and talent growth.
- Provide technical leadership over large-scale distributed systems, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and infrastructure automation to enhance reliability, security, and scalability.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Over 15 years of progressive experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience leading engineering managers and large technical teams.
- Proven success leading enterprise-scale cloud transformation and DevSecOps initiatives; demonstrated use of AI-driven efficiency improvements.
