About This Role
- Lead application migration and modernization efforts, including needs assessment, requirement documentation, and solution deployment.
- Advise customers on technology alignment with business objectives, focusing on application architecture, middleware, and cloud integration.
- Collaborate with architects and development teams to plan and implement application modernization within time, cost, and quality constraints.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in application development, deployment, migration, and modernization.
- Strong technical knowledge in application architecture, middleware, BI, databases, SQL, hardware/software, operating systems, networking.
- Experience with Agile methods, service architecture, and enterprise cloud integration.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years as specified in the JD.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise-level application migration with technical expertise across BI, cloud, middleware, and database technologies.
- Able to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders including vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Familiar with SaaS implementations (Oracle E-Business Suite, NetSuite, SAP, etc.) and modern DevSecOps practices.
