About This Role
- Manage and execute data migration projects transferring client data from legacy fund administrators to the Enfusion system to ensure accurate P&L and NAV at go-live.
- Perform daily and monthly reconciliations for trades, positions, cash balances, and trial balances against fund administrator data, ensuring NAV validation.
- Act as a subject matter expert to resolve operational issues related to reconciliations, corporate actions processing, tax lot methodologies, and financial statement reviews.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Middle/Back Office or Fund Accounting roles within a Hedge Fund, Prime Broker, or Fund Administrator environment.
- Strong financial domain knowledge including Cash Equities, FX, Listed/OTC Derivatives, Fixed Income, and Structured Products.
- Flexible to work in all three shifts covering APAC, EMEA, and US regions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end portfolio/data migration for hedge funds or asset management setups with expertise in reconciliations and P&L validation.
- Detailed oriented and analytical with hands-on exposure to corporate actions processing, accrual postings, and NAV calculations.
- Operationally adept, capable of independently handling multiple priorities and acting as SME to troubleshoot migration and data integrity issues.
