About This Role
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for AI and non-AI software R&D engineering roles in India, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closure.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and provide market insights for talent planning.
- Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain candidate databases to ensure a diverse and high-quality talent pipeline.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience within a technology product company, hiring engineering roles in India including AI/ML and cloud software domains.
- Location requirement: Hyderabad or Bangalore, India, with hybrid work (50% onsite).
- Proficiency with ATS tools, preferably Workday, and advanced sourcing skills on platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub.
- Strong knowledge of India labor laws and HR recruitment best practices.
