About This Role
- Lead business requirement discussions to design and implement no-code/low-code and AI-enabled solutions.
- Design and oversee workflows, forms, automations, dashboards, and drive process improvements leveraging AI for automation and decision support.
- Manage stakeholder communication, project delivery, UAT, implementation planning, and guide junior team members through technical coordination and issue resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- Knowledge of any scripting or programming language required.
- Proven techno-functional expertise in business analysis, solution design, and platform configuration.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in integrating AI/ML concepts and AI-driven enterprise use cases into business solutions.
- Capable of leading small projects with manageable risks and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology and enterprise transformation programs.
