About This Role
- Own inventory reconciliations and financial analysis execution related to Inventory Finance for Americas Region, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Manage daily/monthly inventory reporting, analyze balance sheets, prepare journal entries, and execute annual inventory revaluation according to Haleon policies.
- Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and internal financial controls while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and supporting senior finance accountants.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or technical school in Cost Accounting.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, shared service, or cost accounting roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (>90% for NA, >80% for Latam); Portuguese language skills preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Inventory Finance or cost accounting with ability to manage end-to-end inventory finance processes and reporting in a multinational environment.
- Capable of working under low to minimal supervision, acting as key internal contact and leading activities including problem identification and solution proposals within finance functions.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to handle financial data, promote open communication, influence decisions impacting immediate work, and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.
