About This Role
- Lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise service management solutions, primarily on ServiceNow and OpsRamp platforms.
- Own multiple IT service domains such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, IRM, Employee Self-Service, and others, managing product roadmaps and delivery through Agile teams and managed service providers.
- Drive large-scale integration, automation, and transformation programs aligned with enterprise architecture and oversee operational performance and vendor relationships.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline required.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in Enterprise Service Management, ServiceNow platform engineering, or related IT operations in large, complex organizations.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform including configuration, development, administration, and governance.
- Experience leading Agile DevOps teams and delivering technology projects/programs through managed service providers.
