About This Role
- Own end-to-end design, build, deployment, and operation of data pipelines and AI/GenAI agent solutions with focus on reliability, observability, and compliance in regulated environments.
- Make independent technical decisions for data models, interfaces, automation, and AI agent behaviors including prompt engineering and operational controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ambiguous business needs into scalable solutions, and mentor engineers to strengthen technical capability.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Typically 7+ years of hands-on experience building and operating production data, software, AI, or cloud solutions at an individual contributor senior level (Grade 7).
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with Microsoft Azure services including Databricks, Azure Data Factory, App Services, Key Vault.
- Experience with modern data engineering technologies, AI/LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain), containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes), and source control (GitHub).

- Experienced in designing and operating secure, reliable data pipelines and AI-enabled automated workflows in regulated or complex business domains.
- Deep technical skillset spanning data engineering, AI/GenAI agent development, prompt engineering, and production observability tooling.
- Demonstrated autonomy in technical decision-making and ability to translate ambiguous requirements into maintainable solutions while mentoring peers and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
