About This Role
- Lead reliability engineering and resilience for globally distributed End User Computing and Mobile Device Management platforms, defining SLOs, monitoring, incident response, and automation.
- Set multi-year reliability strategy and engineering roadmap, influence technical direction, investment, and supplier decisions across multiple platform teams and geographies.
- Govern reliability outcomes including service tiering, error-budget policies, major incident resolution, and mentor senior engineers across regions.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years overall experience with 10+ years in End User Computing, Mobility, Collaboration Platforms or Workplace Technology.
- 5+ years supporting enterprise-scale device management and productivity services.
- Degree in technology or engineering discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Teams, Windows endpoint and mobile device management, plus scripting and automation tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operating and improving reliability of 24x7 globally distributed, business-critical workplace technology services with material operational and regulatory impact.
- Capable of influencing senior leadership (Director-level and above) with clear risk and investment recommendations without direct authority.
- Skilled in coaching engineering teams on SRE principles, observability, automation, and driving cross-functional resolution of complex systemic failures.
