About This Role
- Lead a defined area within Business Operations, managing people, delivery, and outcomes for Risk and Compliance function support.
- Own the function’s operating cadence including planning cycles, governance meetings, and implement operational processes to improve efficiency.
- Manage contracting, budget tracking, financial and operational reporting, and analyze data to support function performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience in business operations, chief of staff, or PMO roles with proven leadership of a team or significant program.
- Working knowledge of budget tracking, operational reporting, and process improvement.
- Significant experience in cyber security within the relevant domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading delivery to plan, quality, and timelines within a corporate business operations environment.
- Familiar with governance in risk and compliance functions, preferably with expertise or exposure to cyber security operations.
- Comfortable managing cross-functional teams and collaborating across global, multi-timezone teams.
