About This Role
- Own test automation design, framework development, and lead test strategy, planning, and execution for Medtronic’s CRM software products.
- Conduct technical reviews of requirements, designs, and code to ensure quality and on-time delivery of software testing.
- Lead and mentor software test teams, support test infrastructure, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including software development and quality assurance.
Minimum Requirements
- 14+ years of software industry experience with emphasis on manual and automation testing.
- 5+ years in software/test framework design and architecture.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Bio-Technology, Bio-Medical, Electronics, or Electrical) from a premium institute.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, JavaScript, or Python; expertise in mobile and web application test automation using Appium and Selenium.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader with 5+ years mentoring and coaching software test teams in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing test automation for mobile (Android/iOS) and web platforms.
- Capable of independently managing test strategies and collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders for complex medical device software verification.
