About This Role
- Lead end-to-end Agile delivery across multiple teams and initiatives, ensuring predictable execution and managing dependencies and risks.
- Drive Agile ceremonies and monitor delivery metrics like velocity, throughput, sprint predictability, and cycle time for continuous improvement.
- Leverage AI/GenAI tools to enhance planning, documentation, reporting, testing, and overall delivery productivity.
Minimum Requirements
- 12–16 years of experience in technology delivery or program management with at least 5 years managing Agile delivery across multiple teams.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Agile principles, scaled Agile practices, and global cross-functional technology team management.
- Practical exposure to AI/GenAI tools in delivery workflows and experience with SDLC, engineering practices, release management, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred; relevant certifications like PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe are preferred.
