About This Role
- Lead end-to-end Agile delivery across multiple teams, ensuring predictable execution and driving Agile ceremonies.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and stakeholder escalations while improving delivery efficiency through AI-enabled tools.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, quality, resource planning, and team effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements
- 12–16 years of experience in technology delivery or program management, with 5+ years managing Agile delivery across multiple teams.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Agile principles, scaled Agile practices, and global delivery environments.
- Practical exposure to AI/GenAI tools applied to delivery workflows.
- Location: Gurugram, India. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
