About This Role
- Lead development of Secure Code Review and Threat Modeling capabilities for Razorpay's key assets.
- Perform Secure Code Reviews and Threat Modeling sessions, and train the Security Assessment team on these techniques.
- Build and scale a self-serve design review program for development teams to enhance security posture.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Secure Code Review and Design Reviews.
- Experience with Static Analysis tools; Semgrep experience is a significant plus.
- Engineering degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Intermediate development/scripting skills preferably in GoLang or Python; location requirement: Bangalore.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in navigating large codebases to identify security vulnerabilities with understanding of Microservices and Cloud architectures.
- Strong knowledge of Web Servers, HTTP, OWASP top 10 vulnerabilities, and scripting for security automation.
- Capable of mentoring security teams and influencing developer security practices through training and scalable program building.
