About This Role
- Lead planning and end-to-end execution of mid-to-large-scale technical programs ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
- Manage cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Product, QA teams to define requirements, milestones, and resolve risks and blockers.
- Own agile ceremonies and maintain program documentation, dashboards, and communications for stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in technical program management or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Proficient with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar.
- Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies.

- Experienced in managing software or platform initiatives from concept through delivery.
- Capable of leading complex cross-team technical projects in a fast-paced environment.
