About This Role
- Lead talent management, performance, inclusion, and workforce capability strategy across India and the Philippines aligned with enterprise and business priorities.
- Design and implement AI-enabled talent tools and frameworks to improve talent development, upskilling, and workforce readiness.
- Manage performance cycles, succession planning, and high-potential programs, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable workforce outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of Learning and Development Consulting experience or equivalent.
- 4+ years of management or leadership experience.
- Proven experience in designing and scaling talent, performance, leadership development, and succession strategies within large, complex global organizations.
- Prior experience designing and implementing AI-enabled tools within talent or workforce processes.

- Experience advising senior business and HR leaders translating priorities into actionable talent solutions with measurable impact.
- Strong business judgment with data-led decision making and change leadership in matrixed and regulated environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams managing budgets, vendors, and cross-geography initiatives.
