About This Role
- Lead global AI-enabled transformation initiatives to drive operational excellence, productivity, and value realization across the enterprise.
- Own end-to-end program execution including identification, planning, delivery, and tracking of AI and operational improvement projects.
- Serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping AI transformation roadmap, ensuring governance compliance, and driving executive stakeholder engagement and change management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, data science, engineering, life sciences, computer science, or related field.
- Minimum 12 years leading complex, cross-functional programs or large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Minimum 10 years experience in operational excellence, digital transformation, analytics, AI, or technology-enabled transformation.
- Experience driving AI, automation, analytics, or data-driven operational improvement initiatives at scale.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large-scale, global AI transformation programs within matrixed or regulated environments.
- Skilled in using AI, Lean Six Sigma, Six Sigma, Agile, and program management methodologies for operational and process improvement.
- Able to influence and communicate technical AI concepts as clear business value to senior and executive leadership.
