About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of 10-12 engineers for end-to-end delivery of supply chain related software services.
- Own design, development, maintenance, and architectural direction of high-scale, cloud-based microservices projects.
- Manage project delivery including resources, budgets, timelines, and enforce engineering best practices and quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years overall experience with at least 3+ years in people management leading teams of 10-12 members.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java backend technologies (Spring/Spring Boot), Microservices, RESTful/SOAP web services, and cloud distributed systems (preferably Azure).
- Experience in CI/CD tools (Git, Maven, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field plus 5 years software engineering experience; OR 7 years experience with 2 years supervisory experience.

- Experienced in delivering large-scale, cloud-native, event-driven distributed systems with performance and operational excellence.
- Proven ability in stakeholder and program management, driving engineering excellence and quality at scale.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology and strong communication skills to influence and align teams and stakeholders.
