About This Role
- Own end-to-end FP&A deliverables including Annual Operating Plan, Long Range Plan, forecasts, month-end close, and performance reporting to ensure timely and accurate financial outputs.
- Partner with U.S. finance stakeholders to analyze business performance, conduct variance analysis, and provide actionable financial insights to support decision-making.
- Drive process improvements by standardizing, automating FP&A activities, maintaining documentation, and leveraging finance tools including AI-enabled capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial planning, management reporting, business finance or related roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; pursuing or completed CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA or MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, financial modelling, and understanding of core FP&A processes—planning, forecasting, month-end reporting, variance analysis.
- Ability to work with U.S.-based stakeholders across time zones in a global, matrixed environment; located in Bangalore, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in retail, eCommerce, consumer businesses, or large multinational environments with demonstrated ownership of financial planning deliverables.
- Strong analytical orientation with ability to manage large datasets, translate complex data into clear financial insights, and communicate effectively with cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
- Comfortable driving finance process transformation, automation, and adoption of emerging technologies in FP&A, including enterprise planning systems and AI-enabled finance solutions.
