About This Role
- Lead end-to-end operational, commercial, and financial reporting for Supplier and Commercial Management within CTO Infrastructure.
- Design, develop, and maintain reports, executive dashboards, and Power BI solutions integrating multiple data sources to provide actionable insights.
- Own reporting of SLAs, KPIs, service and supplier performance, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business and technology goals.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum 12+ years' experience in technology infrastructure environment.
- Expert-level Microsoft Excel and strong Power BI skills with experience integrating SQL, APIs, and enterprise reporting platforms.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and experience in operational reporting within large/multi-supplier infrastructure operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in transforming complex IT infrastructure and financial data into meaningful business insights using advanced reporting and dashboard tools.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies, ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow), and commercial contracts to support data validation and performance analysis.
- Proven ability to collaborate with technical teams, finance, and procurement to drive data governance, cost control, and operational performance improvements.
