About This Role
- Own end-to-end design, build, deployment, and operation of reliable batch and streaming data pipelines, AI agents, and GenAI solutions for analytics and business workflows.
- Ensure production reliability, observability, data quality, trust controls, and compliance within a regulated environment through monitoring, incident response, and governance adherence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate ambiguous needs into maintainable technical solutions and mentor colleagues to strengthen team capability.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Typically 4+ years of hands-on experience building, operating, and improving production data, software, AI, or cloud solutions.
- Strong skills in Python and SQL with experience in maintainable production code and automation.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Databricks, Azure Data Factory), modern data engineering technologies, AI/LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
