About This Role
- Develop and maintain Vertical Solutions' AI agentic orchestration platform infrastructure for enterprise AI automation.
- Design, build, and scale full-stack systems involving backend (Python/C#) and frontend (React) components with AI coding assistant integration.
- Prototype new features rapidly, validate with customers, and measure system quality using real-world data metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of software engineering experience focused on distributed systems and backend architecture.
- Proficiency in system-level languages (Javascript, C#, Java) and full-stack development including React and TypeScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and production AI systems involving LLMs and orchestration frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building production AI systems with multi-agent orchestration and real-world evaluation of model behavior.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with rapid prototyping and customer-centric development.
- Skilled in designing resilient distributed systems and integrating AI-powered development tools into engineering workflows.
